Season 2 Episode 8
This is the second good episode of Bitten this season, and I am happy I stuck around for this. Savannah needed to go through an Initiation so she could have her talisman and focus her powers, otherwise, she could be dangerous. Aleister as Clay convinced Ruth to perform the Initiation at Stonehaven before they left for home. Aleister's plan was to take Savannah after the Initiation was done. Early on, however, we were already given a hint that Aleister had messed with a force he did not fully understand. When he took over Clay's body, Clay's consciousness was supposed to have been gone. As Ruth explained to a pained Jeremy, a possession was always fatal to the possessed. Yet, Aleister realised that Clay's consciousness remained; it had merely been trapped in his subconscious' version of Stonehaven, where Malcolm and a young Clay roamed the halls.
It did not take long for the Stonehaven crew to figure out that something was wrong with Clay. We can add attempted rape to the sins of Aleister; Elena fought him off. Aleister as Clay also picked a fight with Nick, when Nick pointed out that Clay built the ceremonial place too far away from the mansion, not at all what Jeremy had instructed. Aleister as Clay told Jeremy that whilst in captivity, Elena was forced to change in front of humans, including Rachel. When Jeremy confronted Elena, she told him she never told that story to Clay. It was then that they figured out Aleister was alive.

Aleister as Clay kidnapped Savannah and placed her in the trunk of a car. He placed the real Aleister's body inside the car, along with Savannah's talisman. He then drove off to an abandoned structure, where he drew a dark circle. He meant to hang Clay's body inside the circle. Ruth told Jeremy that Clay's body needed to be killed outside the circle. Jeremy dragged Aleister as Clay out of the circle, and the two of them fought.
Jeremy got the upper hand, and stabbed Aleister as Clay on his side. Elena stopped Jeremy from delivering a killing blow. She figured that Clay could get out of the spell if he changed into a wolf, which was exactly what happened.
Aleister woke up in his own body, took the talisman, and freed Savannah from the trunk. Savannah tried to run away, but Aleister's 'I am the lock. I am the key.' spell still worked. Savannah drank Elena's blood. Back at Stonehaven, Ruth and Paige suddenly felt pain. Ruth began to bleed out.

■ I do not know if this will become important in the next episodes so I thought I might as well mention it. Elena gave Savannah a photo she took, which Savannah had with her during the Initiation ceremony.
■ As benevolent as Jeremy was, he remained strict with regard to the keeping of the werewolf secret. It would be interesting to see what would happen now that he knew Rachel knew about werewolves.
■ Nick and Paige sh-gged in the middle of the Initiation, for the last time, Paige claimed.
■ Elena found out about the possession spell from the book Clay brought home from Baton Rouge.
■ Clara's power was taken from her four years ago because she had been killing people through spells for money. She found Timothy, who had no idea what he was, but who was already doing a bit of magic. She told him about the prophecy.
